Meeting Room Policy

First priority for use of Archer Library 6th floor staff meeting rooms (Alexandria, Robarts, Huntington, Fisher and Folger) is for Library planning and operations. Regularly scheduled meetings for other purposes cannot be supported. Groups external to the Library operations may book rooms for one-time use through special arrangements with the Archer Administrative Office. The University Librarian will resolve incidences of conflict over the priority for use of the rooms.
