Group Study Space Policy

Twelve seminar rooms in the Archer Library are available for student booking. These spaces are available to accommodate student needs for group study and discussion space or for use by individual students who need audiovisual screening space.

Faculty members may book the rooms for class use when the resources or services of the Archer Library are fundamental to the class.

Reservations can be made through our room bookings webpage or at the Library Help Desk.

Reservations will be held for 15 minutes after the reserved start time. If the group reserving a room does not appear before the 15 minutes is up the room may be rebooked to someone else.
