* The UofR Library subsidizes most of the costs, however, users are responsible for all charges over $35 for loans of books and other materials and $25 for photocopies. (e.g. if an institution charges UofR $50 to borrow a book, the borrower will be required to pay $15). You will be contacted to approve a cost before a request is placed
